DWInfo: Slight update on posting

Alright, all posts past this post in the future will most likely have both the age: any and age: 18 + tag on them with cuts telling people which part of the post is which.

This is mostly so I don't spam people's reading list with two versions of the same post like I did at the start of the journal.

Sorry for anyone under 18 reading this, but I do think that this will save hassle XD for me as a poster and you as the reader.
